Orders are packed discreetly, with no external marking of the contents. Once your payment clears and any required identity checks are complete, we source, check and dispatch — typically within 3–5 working days. You get an email when your order is on its way.
Orders travel by an insured, tracked service that requires a signature on delivery. Your order is covered in transit up to its full value. If a delivery is missed, the carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection.
Check the packaging on arrival. If the outer packaging is damaged or shows signs of tampering, do not accept the delivery and contact us straight away at info@thegoldmerchant.co.uk.
