The Royal Tudor Beasts are a ten coin Royal Mint series designed by David Lawrence, inspired by the heraldic statues at Hampton Court Palace. Graded examples, particularly at MS70 and with first or early release labels, are collected alongside the bullion coins.
A certified Tudor Beast carries the same gold as its bullion equivalent. What you pay extra for is independent authentication, a verified grade and a sealed holder, which is what serious set builders want.
