We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship overseas.
How your order travels
- Fully insured for its full value until it is in your hands.
- Tracked, with the tracking details sent to you as soon as it is dispatched.
- Signed for, so it is never left on a doorstep or with a neighbour.
- Sent by a secure service suited to the value of your order.
Discreet packaging
Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what is inside, who it is from in any way that suggests precious metal, or what it is worth. Inside, coins are protected so they arrive in the condition they left us.
When it will arrive
Because gold prices move, we confirm your order and your price with you first. Dispatch follows once your payment has cleared. In stock items usually go out within a few working days of that, and we tell you the dispatch date when we confirm your order.
If something needs sourcing, we will tell you honestly how long it is likely to take before you commit.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown clearly with your confirmed quote, before you pay anything.
Delivery address
For security, we may ask to deliver only to the address registered to you, and we do not deliver to PO boxes. If you need delivery somewhere else, ask us first.
If you are not in
The carrier will leave a card and arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot, where proof of identity will be needed.
If a parcel arrives damaged
If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, note it when you sign if you can, photograph it before opening, and contact us within 48 hours. We will put it right.
